A commercial fitout team required logistics and installation support for an automotive dealership project in Queensland. The scope covered a range of commercial FF&E, including reception furniture, office workstations, lounge furniture, and storage units that needed to be delivered, assembled, positioned, and prepared for operational use.
The project involved more than simply delivering furniture to site. Multiple FF&E types had to move through different dealership zones within a tight two-day installation window, while remaining aligned with the wider fitout programme.
